I was really happy to find this mechanic, as it seemed like a nice, honest family business. While I have no doubt that they are honest, my experience with them was not good. First, they forgot to fix part of my car. Then they told me they would get me the part I needed, but never called me back. Then, 4 MONTHS LATER, they called me to tell me there had been a glitch and my payment had never gone through! The owner apologized after I told him how disappointed I was, and said he would fix the part they forgot to fix at cost, but then of course he never called me back. I hate to submit negative feedback on a small local business, but after they failed to resolve this, I felt like I needed to say something.
We are always thankful for feedback. We moved from our location of 14 years in December of 2009. The new construction and zoning events along with the dismantling of the existing location resulted in a few omissions on our part. We assure you we are more efficient than ever and our primary aim is our customer. Our hard drive crashed on boot up the night before opening in the new location allowing loss of some payment transactions we needed to verify over the next several months. If this patron would be so kind as to call us once more, we of course will honor any previous offer plus a free oil change for the inconvenience. You can still be happy you found this mechanic!
